The communication from the Rite Price Rentals team was amazing, super clear, precise and had everything we needed. The fact that you don't have to deal with visiting someone in an office before picking up the car was amazing. Just out of the airport, find the car (which was super easy), read the instructions on the email, unlock the lock box, key in the ignition and you are off. Second time I've hired through Rite Price, it is so good, no queues at the rental hire counter. Walk straight off the plane and out to the carpark where your car is waiting with you name and lockbox for keys. Sooo easy online booking.

Really helpful knowledgeable staff that can make a house move as smooth as possible. Get in quick though as the yard can be full of rentals one day, then empty the next

Recently arrived to Tauranga on a cruise ship with car rental arranged several weeks prior. On the day of our arrival, my wife was very ill and we were unable to pick up the rental car. Pixie was a pleasure to deal with, having to cancel the rental car at the time I was supposed to pick it up, I thought that I would lose the daily charge. I was very surprised to find that I had been fully refunded. I would highly recommend this company as other people I spoke to who used this company found the vehicles were clean and very well priced. When I come back to Tauranga, I will definitely use this company. Good old customer service like this is rare these days, well done to Pixie and the Rite Price Team!! Cheers
