2018 is already looking like it will be a hit, with some epic bands and musicians hitting our shores this year! From Robbie Williams to P!nk, there’s something for everyone!

Here’s our list of concerts that are worth checking out this year!

 

• Robbie Williams is one of the most charismatic live performers in the world and this tour is definitely one not to be missed. You can see Robbie in concert in either Auckland on Valentine's day, 14th February or in Dunedin on 17th of Feb. “The Heavy Entertainment Show New Zealand Tour will see Williams perform a glittering hit-laden set spanning his entire career, along with a couple of surprising covers thrown in for good measure.” For all of you who listened to Robbie in the 1990’s while in band Take That as well as during his solo career, this will be a concert you don’t want to miss!

 

• Bruno Mars is an American award-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer. With hits such as “Just the way you are”, “Billionaire”, “24K Magic” and “Marry You” you can guarantee any concert of Bruno Mars’ will be an epic night out! Make sure you get to one of Bruno Mars' 4 Auckland shows happening at the end of February and start of March. 

 

• Incubus!! Are you a 90’s kid who has some good memories of Incubus?! Well, you’re in luck, Incubus are traveling to little old New Zealand this year to perform two epic concerts! You can catch the alternative rock band in concert in Auckland on March 4th or at their South Island gig in Christchurch on the 7th March. Just to refresh your memories, Incubus had some great hits in the 1990’s such as, “Drive”, “Wish You Were Here” and “Anna Molly”.

 

• Ed Sheeran the sweet and talented English chap who wants to call New Zealand home is returning in 2018 for 6 epic shows between Auckland and Dunedin. You’ll want to get your tickets fast as they are unsurprisingly already selling out. Sheeran will be playing 3 shows at Auckland’s Mount Smart Stadium from 24-26th March as well as the 29th and 31st of March & 1st of April down in Dunedin. We can’t deny, we all love of a bit of Ed Sheeran playing in the background during a good road trip with friends.

 

• Lionel Richie is making his way to our shores for one great show in Auckland at Spark Arena on 12th April 2018. We know he’ll be bringing back a lot of memories for a lot of you who listened to him back in the 70’s & 80’s both in the Commodores and as a solo artist. This is a concert not to be missed!

 

• The Killers were a hit back in the early to mid 00’s and we know anyone who was in high school or uni during that time will have some epic memories which include some great hits from The Killers. We all know the hits “ Mr. Brightside”, Somebody Told Me” and “When You Were Young”. Oh, the memories… Make sure you get your tickets to one of their 2 concerts in New Zealand this year. You can catch them in Auckland at Spark Arena on 20th April or head down to the Capital City and see them play their second show at Wellington's TSB Arena on 21st April. This concert is at the top of our list!

 

• P!nk is another artist that many of us have fond memories of from the early 00’s and we are so excited that she is making a come back and heading to our little country. P!nk will be playing a single show in Dunedin on 1st April or you can head to one of her multiple shows at Auckland’s Spark Arena between 4-8th April. We’re hoping to hear a couple of her latest hits “Beautiful Trauma” and “What About Us” live from the woman herself! We have no doubt she will rock the shows!

 

It’s exciting that more popular musicians and artists are heading to our shores. 2018 looks like it’s going to have an epic line of gigs and concerts to head to this year. The list doesn’t stop with these guys. We’ll be giving you another rundown on some more shows to check out later in the year!
